Xcel Energy is seeking interns for the Performance Optimization Organization in the Reliability Engineering department at the Sherco Generating Plant in Becker, MN. The internship provides hands-on engineering experience, working with internal teams on plant projects and reliability improvements, and a pathway to grow your professional skills.

Qualifications

• Current student, Sophomore or higher
• Enrolled in ABET accredited college or university pursuing a degree in engineering
• Able to work full-time during summer and part-time during the school year in-person, per hybrid policy
