Job summary

GAF is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to drive site-wide reliability improvements, lead TPM initiatives, and manage MRO storeroom processes. You will partner with Maintenance and Production managers to optimize maintenance strategies and cut costs while ensuring safety and quality across all assets.

The role requires strong data analytics, RCA/FMECA expertise, and proven leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial manufacturing and plant maintenance.
• Willingness to pursue Level 1 certifications in Thermography, Vibration Analysis, and Machinery Lubrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability program and TPM initiatives site-wide.
• Guide predictive maintenance data collection and procedures.
• Develop RCAs and FMECA studies for asset improvement.
• Prepare capital project scopes and budgets.
• Track KPIs and ensure safe, compliant operations.
