Job summary

Ahlstrom seeks a Reliability Engineer Co-Op at the Mosinee, Wisconsin plant for the 2027 Spring (January – August) or Fall Semester (June – December). You will assist the Maintenance Team in safety, quality, production, cost, and product development objectives for a paper machine line while building related skills for your future.

Qualifications

Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Enrolled in a Reliability, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering degree program.
Living in or willing to relocate to the Mosinee, Wisconsin area in 2027.

Responsibilities

Evaluate product improvement or cost optimization projects.
Assist with machine shutdowns and start-ups.
Monitor, assess, analyze, and optimize process quality and conditions.
Monitor, assess, and analyze process variability.
Reduce environmental impact.
Provide technical support for key departments.
Provide problem solving and analytical skills.
Follow manufacturing and hygiene processes to meet safety and regulatory compliance.
Assist and/or lead safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost-control projects.
Support operations/maintenance efforts and drive continuous improvement.
