• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Enrolled in a Reliability, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering degree program.
• Living in or willing to relocate to the Mosinee, Wisconsin area in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product improvement or cost optimization projects.
• Assist with machine shutdowns and start-ups.
• Monitor, assess, analyze, and optimize process quality and conditions.
• Monitor, assess, and analyze process variability.
• Reduce environmental impact.
• Provide technical support for key departments.
• Provide problem solving and analytical skills.
• Follow manufacturing and hygiene processes to meet safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist and/or lead safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost-control projects.

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer Co-Op at our Mosinee, Wisconsin plant for the 2027 Spring (January – August) or Fall Semester (June – December). Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Enrolled in a Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering degree program
• Living in or willing to relocate to the Mosinee, Wisconsin area from January – August or June – December 2027
• Strong technical aptitude and proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
