Job summary
DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Engineer for a full-time on-site role in Mt. Pleasant, PA.
The engineer will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyze asset reliability data, and coordinate with project teams on new installations. The role requires extensive PLC programming experience, CAD/read drawings, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours for 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience as a Reliability/Plant/Maintenance Engineer.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use CAD software.
- Experience with CMMS and safety/regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor reliability data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Provide technical support for repair and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Support design, procurement, and commissioning for new installations.
