James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to advance our preventive and predictive maintenance programs across our U.S. manufacturing sites.
You will implement CMMS workflows, develop PM procedures, and partner with maintenance and production teams to maximize equipment availability and asset productivity. The role requires a BS in Engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, with strong analytical and communication skills.

As a member of the maintenance improvement program reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Reliability Engineer performs functions to implement a preventive /predictive maintenance program which will maximize site equipment reliability and develop strategies and methods that improve site preventive/predictive maintenance.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $90k to $110k. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
