Job summary
Atlas Roofing Corporation is seeking a Reliability Engineer for the Franklin, OH and Clinton, IA plants. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, availability and maintainability through the ARMOR program, FMEAs/RCAs, CMMS PMs and predictive maintenance tools.
You will analyze performance data, identify failure modes and implement corrective actions, collaborating with maintenance, operations and engineering to reduce downtime and boost efficiency. Travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in reliability or maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive reliability strategies to improve asset performance and uptime.
- Lead RCA, FMEA and risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
- Establish preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Track KPIs like MTBF and MTTR to guide improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize practices.
- Support asset life-cycle management and spare parts strategies.
