Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive out repetitive failures, manage asset reliability risks, and support capital projects for new or modified equipment. The role includes data analysis, PM/PdM planning, and collaboration with maintenance and operations teams to improve availability and reduce repair costs.

You will also lead safety initiatives, develop maintenance strategies, and train maintenance teams in reliability concepts and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with 1–3 years in manufacturing.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree: 7–10 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Exposure to Reliability practices and processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Live the safety stand and adhere to safety responsibilities.
• Lead monthly team safety requirements and educate team on safe operations.
• Perform reporting and investigation of safety incidents with root-case focus.
• Gathers and examines reliability data from CMMS, bases, and field tests to drive improvements.
• Develop and implement reliability-based maintenance strategies and asset care plans.
