Job summary

Owens Corning in Joplin, MO is seeking a Reliability Engineer to apply engineering practices to drive out sources of repetitive failure in plant equipment and processes. You will analyze data, perform RCA/RCFA, and support TPM/PM pillar programs to reduce downtime and total life cycle cost.

The role collaborates with maintenance, operations and technical teams to develop reliable asset strategies, participate in EM for capital projects, and promote a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations or Business.
• 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing/maintenance or reliability experience.
• High working knowledge of CMMS; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering practices to reduce equipment downtime and life-cycle cost.
• Identify reliability risks and apply TPM and PM pillar programs.
• Perform data analysis and RCA/RCFA with SME and maintenance teams.
• Develop asset maintenance strategies with capital delivery partners.
• Lead safety initiatives and train maintenance personnel.
