Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; 1–3 years manufacturing experience (7–10 years if no degree).
• Desirable reliability practices: RCA, ECR, FMEA, FTA.
• Aim to obtain CMRP within 24 months; Vibration Level II in 36 months; MLT I within 24 months.
• Solid Excel skills; SAP preferred; TPM experience; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety commitments and monthly safety requirements.
• Perform root cause analyses and report findings.
• Gather reliability data from CMMS/databases and analyze.
• Develop asset maintenance strategies with Operations & Maintenance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to improve equipment designs.
• Educate and develop PM Pillar and reliability capabilities.
