Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• General knowledge of advanced mechanical, bearing and pump experience, and pneumatic skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment and safety audits.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Coordinate activities with related departments and manage work orders.
• Perform root cause analysis on maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance of all mechanical operations and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and records.
• Coordinate with vendors for capital projects and travel up to 10%.
