Job summary

Henkel in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Reliability Engineer in the Adhesive Technologies unit to optimize equipment uptime and asset performance. You will analyze failures, perform RCA, and design PM/PdM programs while partnering with maintenance teams to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.

Qualified candidates have a engineering degree, 3+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability, and strong project management.

  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with PLC/controls knowledge.
  • Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

What you´ll do

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering.

  • Engineering Technology or equivalent technical experience may be accepted.

  • 3+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $33.00 and $38.00. This range reflects thegood-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
