Job summary

Henkel in Cleveland, OH is hiring a maintenance technician for the Adhesive Technologies unit. You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support packaging equipment.

The role requires a hands-on, reliable team member who can work overtime and diverse shifts. You'll operate with 5S discipline, maintain a safe and clean work area, and contribute to continuous improvement across processes and equipment across the shift.

What you´ll do

• Maintains and improves preventative maintenance task lists using information and data from daily work.
• Maintains a professional, team-player attitude.
• Install and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain chemical process and packaging equipment throughout the shift.
• Maintain work area in a neat, clean and organized manner, complying with 5S housekeeping.

What makes you a good fit

• 1-2 years experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues preferred.
• Self-motivated team member who reliably completes tasks on time.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills. Must be dependable and punctual. Must operate with a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts and/or other shifts on occasion.
• Stand continuously, stoop and walk frequently during the shift.

The hourly pay range for this role is $28.00 and $35.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
