Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose faults, and support installations and changeovers to keep production on track.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, familiarity with CMMS, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read schematics, maintenance manuals and work instructions.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software for recording work orders and history.
  • Certification or trade school training preferred; alternative combinations considered.
  • 6–12 months related maintenance experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
  • Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, and startup activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history in CMMS.
  • Follow safety policies including LOTO and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What you´ll do
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
  • Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and startup activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history within the CMMS system.
  • Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.

Shifts Available:

2nd shift: Mon-Fri 2pm - 10pm

3rd shift: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am

What makes you a good fit
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, maintenance manuals, and work instructions.
  • Experience using CMMS software and maintaining detailed maintenance documentation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
  • Technical certification, trade school training, or 6–12 months of related maintenance experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $27.00 - $36.00. This range reflects thegood‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
