Job summary

Henkel is hiring for an Industrial Maintenance role in the Adhesive Technologies unit in Salisbury, NC. You will execute engineering task plans, work with contractors, and set up complex equipment according to specs.

The ideal candidate has an HS diploma and industrial maintenance experience, with skills in electrical/mechanical maintenance, pumps, valves, and calibrations. Medical and retirement options offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required and industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshooting skills with digital control systems.
• Pumps and valves repair/maintenance across centrifugal, screw, diaphragm types.
• Calibrations of sensors and transmitters; piping, boilers and chillers knowledge.

• Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
• Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications

What makes you a good fit

• HS Diploma require
• Industrial Maintenance experience is required
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, preventative and demand maintenance.
• Pumps - maintenance/repair/rebuild - centrifugal/screw/diaphragm.
• Valves - repair/rebuild/replacement - quarter turn, control, air-actuated
• Calibrations - oxygen sensors, flow transmitters, temperature indicators
• Troubleshooting experience using various digital control systems
• Understanding of piping, boilers, nitrogen generation, chillers, cooling towers, electrical power systems.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $28.00 to $42.00. This range reflects thegood‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
