Job summary

Henkel in Cleveland, OH is seeking a maintenance technician to support the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and contribute to site reliability to ensure continuous production.

The role requires 1-2 years of hands-on experience, a proactive team player mentality, and strong communication. Overtime and shift flexibility are expected; the company offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $28.00 and $35.00. This range reflects thegood‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
