Job summary

Integrecruiting is seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer for a heavy industrial operation in northern Kentucky. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, CMMS implementation, and maintenance program development.

7+ years of experience and strong collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations are required. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus bonus and a full relocation package, with direct involvement in CMMS work and measurable reliability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
• Experience using, implementing, or improving a CMMS.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance and RCA.
• Able to organize equipment data and translate findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS implementation including system setup and workflows.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Create accurate maintenance plans, schedules, and records.
• Analyze failures and downtime to identify root causes and actions.
• Prioritize reliability improvements with maintenance and operations.
• Track metrics like downtime, PM completion, and schedule compliance.
• Assist training and ensure consistent CMMS use.
• Support reliability projects from planning through implementation.
