7+ years of experience and strong collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations are required. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus bonus and a full relocation package, with direct involvement in CMMS work and measurable reliability

Reliability & Maintenance Engineer - CMMS Implementation

Location: La Grange / Carrollton, KY area

Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus

We're recruiting a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer with 7+years of experience for a heavy industrial operation in northern Kentucky. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability, strengthening maintenance practices, and implementing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

You'll work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations to build practical systems that reduce unplanned downtime, improve maintenance planning, and turn equipment data into actionable improvements.

What You'll Do

• Support CMMS implementation, including system setup, equipment records, asset hierarchies, and maintenance workflows.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical plant equipment.
• Build accurate job plans, maintenance schedules, equipment histories, and spare parts records.
• Analyze equipment failures and recurring downtime to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with maintenance and operations to prioritize equipment reliability improvements.
• Establish and track maintenance metrics, including downtime, PM completion, schedule compliance, and equipment performance.
• Help train plant personnel and support consistent use of the CMMS.
• Support reliability and maintenance improvement projects from planning through implementation.

What We're Looking For

• 7+years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or industrial maintenance improvement.
