Job summary

ENTEK Manufacturing LLC seeks a Reliabilities Maintenance & Utilities Manager to lead planning, scheduling, operation and maintenance of critical facility systems. You will bridge operations and maintenance to maximize uptime, drive reliability, and support continuous improvement.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and proven leadership. You will develop teams, coordinate with facilities, ensure safety compliance, and optimize CMMS-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, or operations experience.
Equivalent combinations of education, technical experience, and supervisory experience will be considered.
Facilities Operating Engineer License is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance planning, resource coordination, and ancillary operations to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.
Perform post‑maintenance reviews to evaluate work quality and effectiveness; drive improvements.
Lead maintenance planning and scheduling with a focus on reliability and uptime.
Promote safety, compliance, and continuous learning across the maintenance organization.
Coordinate with Facility Managers and other departments to minimize disruptions.
