Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in plant engineering, reliability, or maintenance engineering.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA PSM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations by troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for equipment failures.
