Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Reliability Centered Maintenance Manager to lead the RCM, CBM, and PdM programs at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing equipment faults and developing corrective-maintenance plans.
• Experience managing RCM/CBM databases and maintenance data.
• Proficient with CMMS and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• DHA qualification or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RCM, CBM, and PdM programs for the facility.
• Develop annual testing schedules and maintenance calendars.
• Ensure vibration analysis and infrared thermography are performed.
• Review condition-monitoring reports and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with DHA, government, and subcontractors.
• Maintain CBM database and documentation.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Elevate critical findings affecting life safety or operations.
