Job summary

VGS is seeking a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Manager to lead the facility's RCM, CBM, and PdM programs at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. The role involves developing testing schedules, coordinating technical staff and subcontractors, and ensuring analyses and reports are completed accurately and on schedule to meet DHA, USACE, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose equipment faults and develop corrective-maintenance recommendations.
• Experience managing RCM/CBM databases, equipment routes, baselines, alarm limits, and historical data.
• Experience developing and approving procedures, testing techniques, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, motors, pumps, fans, air-handling equipment, and related systems.
• Experience supervising technical personnel or managing specialty subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility's complete RCM, CBM, and PdM program.
• Develop and maintain testing schedules and deliverable calendars.
• Ensure vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, oil sampling completed on schedule.
• Review and approve condition-monitoring reports before submission.
• Analyze findings, identify faults, assign severity, and develop repair or monitoring recommendations.
• Maintain the CBM database, equipment hierarchy, baselines, alarm limits, and testing history.
• Provide technical direction to RCM personnel and subcontractors.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and annual RCM/CBM reports by deadlines.
• Elevate critical equipment findings that affect patient care or mission readiness.
