Job summary

Cts Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support NAVAIR's Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Conditioned Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+). You will lead a team to execute contracted tasks, analyze system functions, and prepare detailed maintenance strategies.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant experience in NAVAIR policies. The position offers comprehensive healthcare coverage and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in engineering.
• Experience with NAVAIR policies and DoD requirements.
• Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Engineers for NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ tasks.
• Analyze system functions and develop optimized maintenance strategies.
• Prepare RCM analysis reports including findings and recommendations.
