Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Reliability Centered Maintenance Manager to lead the RCM, CBM and PdM programs at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. You will coordinate personnel and subcontractors, maintain the CBM database, and ensure timely testing, analysis and reporting per DHA, USACE, and industry requirements.

The role requires DHA Level III qualification or equivalent, experience with rotating equipment, and the ability to develop procedures, testing schedules and clear risk

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing equipment faults and developing corrective-maintenance recommendations.
• Experience managing RCM/CBM databases, equipment routes, baselines, and data history.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, motors, pumps, fans, and HVAC systems.
• Experience supervising technical personnel or subcontractors.
• Strong organizational, technical-reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMMS, and condition-monitoring software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility’s complete RCM, CBM, and PdM program.
• Develop annual testing schedules, equipment routes, and deliverable calendars.
• Ensure vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, oil sampling are on schedule.
• Review and approve condition-monitoring reports before submission.
• Analyze equipment findings, identify faults, and develop repair or monitoring recommendations.
• Maintain the CBM database, equipment hierarchy, baselines, and testing history.
• Provide technical direction to assigned RCM personnel and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual RCM/CBM reports.
• Elevate critical equipment findings that may affect patient care or mission readiness.
• Maintain auditable program records and communicate risks promptly.
