Job summary

VGS is seeking a highly skilled RCM Lead Reliability Analyst to oversee reliability-centered maintenance activities in accordance with the PWS. The role focuses on data collection, defect analysis, and creating work requests for maintenance staff to eliminate defects, ensuring asset reliability.

The LRA leads escalation reporting, ensures database compliance, and supports PMO and EMP initiatives, including trend analysis and specialized reporting for government requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have ASNT Level 3/ISO CAT 3 in CM or ability to obtain within 30-60 days.
• ASNT Level 1/ISO CAT 2 in at least one other CM technology.
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and approve procedures and standards for CM activities.
• Manage the predictive maintenance (PDM) program to reduce downtime.
• Perform equipment walk downs, gather data, and maintain technology databases; execute advanced setups like AHM and Criticality Analysis.
• Apply RCM methods to determine optimal maintenance for critical assets based on operating context.
• Communicate company deliverables to the customer and prepare monthly fault data reports.
• Ensure databases comply with standards and manage changes and communications.
• Travel to other sites as required and perform other duties.
