Susquehanna International Group’s PTS Development team designs, builds, and maintains scalable software for reliability and business continuity. You’ll work on platforms, services, and automation that streamline workflows and improve observability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with software engineers, SREs, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and promote engineering best practices.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a similar technical major
• 3+ years of professional experience developing and supporting production applications
• Strong proficiency in Python, C# and/or Java
• TypeScript and modern web application development experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services that support reliability and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including software engineers, site reliability engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Build automation and tooling that improve efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and enhance system reliability.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of platform capabilities and internal applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and maintainability.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve reliability and user experience.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven decision making, monitoring, and operational insights.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas that advance the team’s technical capabilities and strategic objectives
