Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a superintendent-level leader to guide four maintenance crews responsible for terminal reliability. You will diagnose issues in real time, coordinate contractors, and elevate safety and quality across structural, electrical, fire suppression, rail, and fencing systems.

Leads with a hands-on approach and strong communication to ensure 24/7 operation, adherence to budgets, and continuous improvement in plant availability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a safety focus.
• Hands-on maintenance background in mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and labor planning.
• Familiarity with CMMS, Excel, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and contractors on daily maintenance tasks for terminal operations.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; prioritize corrective work.
• Respond to emergencies and off-hours breakdowns with prompt status updates.
• Coordinate vendors and multiple contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Help optimize plant availability, reliability, and budget adherence.
• Assist with annual shutdown planning and worker-hour estimates.
• Promote teamwork; ensure compliance with labor contracts.
