Job summary

TechClub Inc seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within SAFe. You will coordinate multiple teams, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with business objectives to deliver large-scale programs.

The ideal candidate has strong SAFe expertise, PI Planning facilitation skills, and proven program-management capabilities, with experience in Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps and stakeholder management.

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe practices.
• Monitor ART performance using velocity, predictability, burn-up/down and flow metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Business Owners to align delivery with goals.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
• Prepare program status reports and communicate progress to leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) using the SAFe framework. The RTE will coordinate multiple Agile teams, ensure alignment with business objectives, remove impediments, and drive successful delivery of large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with strong Agile, program management, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams and manage dependencies.
• Track program risks, issues, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe best practices.
• Monitor ART performance using Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, burn-up/down, flow metrics).
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Business Owners to align delivery with business goals.

• 5+ years of Agile Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and CI/CD is a plus.
