ERCOT in Taylor, TX is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead production release governance across our application and data platform portfolio. You will coordinate release planning sessions, manage backlogs, and drive metrics reporting in a mixed delivery environment (Agile, waterfall, hybrid).

The role requires strong experience in IT change management, ServiceNow, and cross-functional collaboration between delivery teams and governance bodies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with production release governance across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• ITIL Foundation and SAFe RTE are preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Facilitate structured, compliant release planning across ERCOT application and data platform portfolio.
• Coordinate deployment activities across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery teams; align scope, schedule and readiness.
• Create and manage Change Records in ServiceNow; coordinate CAB activities; ensure NERC CIP compliance prior to production.
• Maintain production release calendar; lead release planning meetings and deployment readiness reviews.
• Generate release metrics and dashboards (Power BI) for program visibility and continuous improvement.
