Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Remotely with our client in NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

1. Provide servant leadership and coaching to a program-level Agile Release Train (ART) with multiple cross-functional agile teams, applying Agile principles including Program Increment (PI) planning and Scrum of Scrums.
2. Ensure all teams within the ART deliver value, maintain transparency into program delivery, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
3. Support ART teams by removing impediments, focusing on value delivery, and prioritizing the program backlog.
4. Keep the program on track for successful value delivery.
5. Organize and facilitate program-level communication and ceremonies like PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Synchs, and retrospectives.
6. Work with Senior Product Owners to align on feature value, facilitate work intake, prioritize the backlog, and assign work to teams.
7. Maintain stakeholder communication through reporting, tools, and dashboards.
8. Ensure transparency, predictability, and forecasting for successful value delivery and release planning.
9. Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments within the ART.
10. Lead and coach Scrum Masters within the ART.
11. Influence senior leaders and coach ART teams on Agile practices.
12. Collaborate with other RTEs to resolve process issues and improve execution.
13. Participate in and foster Agile Communities of Practice for continuous improvement.
14. Exercise managerial authority concerning staffing, performance, promotions, and terminations.
15. Adhere to company risk, regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
16. Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate risks.
17. Identify and escalate risk-related issues.
18. Promote an environment of belonging and reflect the client brand.
19. Maintain internal control standards, including audit compliance.
20. The role oversees 4-10 Scrum Masters within the ART.
21. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $55.63 - $92.71/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Length: Contract (18 months)
