We're seeking a Release Train Engineer III to conduct the facilitation of critical team meetings, coaching of teams, planning and tracking work, and thoughtfully leveraging metrics. The Release Train Engineer III is the glue that ensures teams are successfully working in lockstep towards delivering measurable value on time for our customers. By partnering closely with the Program Director, Product Owners and team leads, and through facilitating Product Increment (PI) sessions, ART syncs, and more, the Release Train Engineer III drives the team's execution of the work and tracks the work towards major project milestones and goals. They communicate with stakeholders, unblock or escalate impediments, and help manage risks. They also leverage agile principles, emotional intelligence, and a get-things-done mindset to coach teams to ever higher performance.

Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.
Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 25% per year.
