Job summary

Leidos in Salt Lake City area seeks a Release Manager to support DISA GSM-O II, coordinating Lean-Agile releases and跨-team execution in a fast-paced AWS environment. Role requires DoD clearance, on-site work at Fort Meade or related bases, and collaboration with multiple technical disciplines to deliver updates across environments.

You will own release pipelines, track risks, and drive process improvements while interfacing with product owners, DevOps, software, and data teams.

Qualifications

The candidate must have DoD environment experience and a security clearance.
Strong Lean-Agile implementation and release management skills.
Proven ability to coordinate across product, development, and operations teams.
Experience with Jira-based roadmaps and release tracking.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Plan and guide cross-functional teams in Lean-Agile projects and mitigate dependencies.
Lead release management for all minor and major releases across environments.
Develop metrics and reports to track sprint, project, and program execution.
Collaborate with process owners, technical leads, and stakeholders.
Maintain product roadmaps in Jira and coordinate AI initiatives when applicable.
Drive continuous improvement and remove impediments to deliverables.
