Job summary

Leidos seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to support GSM-O II for the DISA program, balancing development and security in a cloud-based environment. You will design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, integrate security controls, and optimize costs across environments.

The role requires collaboration with distributed teams, DoD standards compliance, and the ability to obtain required certifications within 60 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Artifactory and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• DoD security standards (STIGs) and Security+ or CISSP preferred.
• Experience with Linux and cloud environments (AWS).
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and communicate status clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Configure and manage Kafka/Elastic clusters in AWS.
• Implement DoD security controls and STIGs in pipelines.
• Build observability dashboards and improve incident response.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Cloud and Eng teams.
