Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Proven experience as Release Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• ATLASSIAN expertise, especially JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to oversee complex release processes and manage personnel.
• Technical mindset with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for reliable releases.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize environments.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of production systems.
• Apply Agile principles to release management and produce KPIs.
• Lead and mentor release engineers and team members.
