Qualifications

• 5+ years in release engineering, DevOps, or release management.
• 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of branching models and version management across stacks.
• Experience integrating automated testing (Selenium, Playwright) into CI/CD.
• Familiar with .NET, React, and PHP stacks.
• Understanding blue/green, canary, and rolling deployments; rollback practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead release planning and execution across products and teams.
• Build and support CI/CD workflows with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage branching, trunk-based development, and semantic versioning across stacks.
• Integrate Selenium and Playwright tests into delivery pipelines.
• Coordinate deployments across dev/staging/production and manage rollbacks.
• Facilitate release readiness meetings and ensure approvals are secured.
• Produce and maintain release docs, change records, and deployment histories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve release performance.
• Track metrics like deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, for continuous improvement.
• Promote automation and self-service deployment practices.
