Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a dedicated Release/Configuration Manager to own the transfer of designs into production for modular data center products. You will manage drawings, BOMs, ECOs, and ensure revisions stay synchronized across PLM, ERP, and MES systems.

You will work cross-functionally with design, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams, owning changes end-to-end and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for AI. The role emphasizes autonomy and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Own release or configuration management for manufactured hardware/modules.
• Administer ECOs across live production and manage unit-level changes.
• Keep as-designed, as-built, and as-maintained BOMs in sync.
• Catch immature releases before floor acceptance occurs.
• Coordinate across design, supply chain, quality and production.
• Hands-on PLM, ERP, and MES integration knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the release process from engineering to production: drawings, BOMs, specs released at the right revision.
• Run configuration and change management, dispositioning changes across in-flight, inventory, and shipped units.
• Maintain BOM integrity across systems and ensure PLM sync to ERP/MES.
• Gate release readiness with design checks, tolerances, and long-lead flags.
• Communicate release impacts across functions and align procurement and shop floor.
