Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a senior Design Manager to lead the design management across its capacity delivery portfolio. You will coordinate multiple firms, set schedules, and drive the design review process to ensure constructability and cost effectiveness.

You will own the interface between design and field, translating RFIs into actionable design fixes and guiding teams toward rapid, reliable implementation across gigawatt-scale data center projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management on large industrial or mission-critical programs with multiple firms.
• Ability to drive aggressive schedules and ensure deliverables.
• Skill in identifying cross-discipline gaps and driving resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management across the build portfolio, encompassing deliverables, consultants, and review cycles.
• Set the design schedule per site and hold firms to it, escalating slips when recovery is cheap.
• Run the design review process to ensure constructability, cost, and reference-design conformance.
• Own the interface between design and field; feed design fixes from RFIs.
