Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Relativity Subject Matter Expert (SME) in New York with hybrid/remote Albany options to support eDiscovery activities within a government-facing team. The role involves resolving software issues, testing releases, and developing templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions.

You will stay current with Relativity analytics, participate in the Relativity User Portal, and coordinate with Relativity staff to deliver solutions for complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of litigation support experience, incl. Relativity
• Master’s degree or JD; or 13+ years total experience
• Relativity RCA certification required
• Experience managing multiple tasks in scope of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• U.S. citizen; able to obtain Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators
• Perform advanced data culling and searches in Relativity
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve issues
• Lead Relativity demos, trainings, and document user workflows
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates and scripts
• Stay current with Relativity updates and integrations
• Advocate for new Relativity features within the team
