Job summary
CGS Federal seeks a Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in the United States. This full-time role provides advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators, performs complex data culling, and tests software releases while developing templates, views, scripts, and workflows for multiple workspaces.
A Master’s degree or J.D. and RCA certification are preferred, with US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications
- At least ten years of litigation support experience, with several years in Relativity.
- Master’s degree or J.D. required or two degrees plus years of experience.
- Relativity RCA certification and ongoing familiarity with Relativity tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
- Perform specialized data culling for searches, holds, and domain types.
- Resolve user issues with Relativity with the technical support group.
- Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, scripts, workflows.
- Create user documentation and conduct Relativity demos and training.
