Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Relativity Subject Matter Expert in Boston, MA to join an experienced team. The role focuses on advanced Relativity support, testing software releases, and building templates and workflows across divisions.

The candidate will interact with Relativity staff, advocate for feature requests, and deliver training and documentation. Ten years in litigation support with Relativity and RCA certification are preferred, with U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation support experience, preferably including Relativity, with at least 4 years in advanced Relativity.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support and guidance to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches and domains.
• Collaborate with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues.
• Lead Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation for workflows.
• Test Relativity releases and establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows across divisions.
