Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Rural Service I (RS I) in Wyoming to handle member transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and assisting with card services. The role emphasizes in-person, personalized service and responsive needs-based referrals.

Qualifications

• 1‑yr related branch operations experience.
• Knowledge of BSA, Regulation CC, D, E and all other pertinent regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all deposit account products and all services.
• Basic knowledge of all applicable Federal, State and NCUA regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receives and disburses funds, posts deposits/payments, transfers, money orders, cash advances, and withdrawals.
• Opens savings, checking, money market, and certificates of deposit accounts.
• Processes plastic card services such as issuing temporary cards and re-pinning existing cards.
• Performs account maintenance tasks including address/name changes.
• Recommends other products and services with each member interaction.
• Complete compliance training and other required training for RS I.
• Balances cash drawer and participates in continuous improvement activities.
