Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is hiring for an RS I in branches with cash operations. You will handle member transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and card services.

The role emphasizes in-person, personalized service and opportunities for needs-based referrals. Minimum 1 year of related branch operations experience and solid knowledge of deposit products, regulations, and PC/Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related branch operations experience.
• Knowledge of BSA, Regulation CC, D, E and other regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
• Basic knowledge of applicable Federal, State and NCUA regulations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Internet/Intranet and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform RS I duties: receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits and payments, transfers, money orders, cash advances, and withdrawals.
• Open savings, checking, money market, and CD accounts; issue temporary checks.
• Process plastic card services: issue/repin cards and order new cards.
• Complete account maintenance: address/name changes.
• Recommend other products/services with each member transaction.
• Complete compliance training and other required training.
• Balance cash drawer and support continuous improvement activities.
• Represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and treat coworkers with respect.
