Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a similar position with loan experience and meeting performance goals.
• Working knowledge of deposit/loan products.
• Proven ability to garner business and cross-sell.
• Proficiency with PC operations and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process and fund consumer loan types including deposits and loans.
• Consult with members, identify needs and follow up on transactions.
• Reach out to customers to generate additional business during calls.
• Open and maintain member accounts and process required forms.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide professional member service.
