Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a RS I to handle member transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers in Alaska branches. The role includes opening accounts, handling plastic cards, and cross-selling related services.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of branch operations experience, knowledge of banking regulations, and strong customer-service skills. The position includes benefits and a focus on accurate daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• 1-year related branch operations experience.
• Knowledge of BSA, Regulation CC, D, E and related regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of deposit account products and services.
• Basic knowledge of Federal, State and NCUA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs RS I duties including receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits and loan payments, transfers, money orders, cash advances, and withdrawals.
• Opens savings, checking, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts as needed.
• Processes plastic card services (temporary cards, re-pinning, ordering new cards).
• Performs account maintenance (address/name changes).
• Recommends other products and services with each member interaction.
• Completes required compliance training.
• Balances cash drawer.
• Supports continuous improvement activities.
• Represents the Credit Union professionally.
