Nuvision Credit Union in Fairbanks, AK seeks a Relationship Specialist I for full-time, onsite work in a branch setting. You will handle member transactions, account openings, and cross-sell financial products while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements include 1 year of branch ops experience, knowledge of BSA and Reg CC, and proficiency with PC and MS Office. Competitive Alaska pay scales apply with strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year related branch operations experience.
• Knowledge of BSA, Regulation CC, D, E and related regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of deposit account products and services.
• Basic math skills for calculating interest, balances and transactions.
• Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs RS I duties including cash handling, deposits, payments, transfers, money orders, cash advances, and withdrawals.
• Opens and maintains savings, checking, money market, and CD accounts.
• Processes plastic card services: issuing temporary cards, repinning, ordering new cards.
• Performs account maintenance and updates (address/name changes).
• Cross-sell products/services with each member transaction.
• Complete compliance training and participate in related activities.
