My City Home Inspector is seeking a motivated Relationship Marketing Strategist to grow our referral presence within the real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property services community. This field-based, people-first role emphasizes face-to-face networking and representing a trusted local brand.

You will build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, insurers, and property managers, drive referrals, and travel locally to events and offices.

Responsibilities

• Support referral relationships that contribute to consistent home inspection leads.
• Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for referral partners; conduct regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups.
• Represent the company at real estate offices, open houses, networking events and industry meetings; communicate services and differentiators; distribute materials and promotions.
• Identify new relationship opportunities in the local real estate and housing market; track referral activity; provide feedback on market activity and partner needs.
• Coordinate with operations and inspection teams to support a strong customer experience; maintain records of contacts and outreach; provide regular updates on activity and trends.

Marketing Presence & Brand Representation

• Represent the company at:

• Communicate the company’s services, value, and differentiators in a professional, consultative manner
• Distribute marketing materials and assist with branded promotions and outreach efforts

Market Outreach & Growth Support

• Identify new relationship opportunities within the local real estate and housing market
• Assist with referral initiatives, promotions, and basic incentive programs
• Track referral activity and share observations on what’s working in the field
• Provide feedback to leadership on:

Coordination & Reporting
