Marketing Representative

ORF Home Inspections | O'Fallon, MO Full-Time

About the Role

ORF Home Inspections is looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company out in the field — building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents and offices to generate referral business and grow our brand presence in the local real estate community.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being out and about, is a natural relationship-builder, and thrives on turning connections into long-term partnerships.

This role is based out of our O'Fallon, MO office, with regular travel to real estate offices throughout the greater St. Louis metro area.

What You'll Do

• Visit real estate offices and agents throughout the greater St. Louis metro area to introduce and promote ORF Home Inspections' services
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing referral relationships with real estate agents and brokers
• Represent the ORF Home Inspections brand professionally at every visit and interaction
• Track outreach efforts and referral relationships to identify growth opportunities
• Attend local real estate events, open houses, and networking functions as needed
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support agent outreach
• Provide regular updates on outreach activity and results

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Comfortable with regular local travel and in-person networking
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through and relationship management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the real estate/home inspection industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $35,000–$40,000/year
• Company gas card provided — mileage and gas expenses covered while networking and traveling for the role
