Fox Mountain Property Inspections is seeking a Growth Coordinator to scale our marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives within the real estate industry. You will work with inspectors, leadership, and agents to support outreach campaigns, event marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

The role involves leading campaigns, managing communications, coordinating events, and creating marketing content to drive growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales coordination, or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting real estate agents and brokerages.
• Manage outreach communications via email, phone, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Assist in organizing local promotional events, open houses, and networking opportunities.

• Support lead nurturing through CRM tracking and follow-up sequences.
