Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to build and maintain relationships with referral partners, clients, property managers, and decision-makers.

You will generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts, attending networking events, and traveling within the territory to expand the book of business. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience in relationship-based or intangible sales is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Luxor CRM, Salesforce, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, clients, property managers, and decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Attend networking events and community functions to build referral networks.
• Enter and maintain contact records, activity updates, and sales notes in CRM.
• Travel regularly within assigned territory to grow book of business.
