Position Details

Title: Account Executive/Relationship Manager with Uncapped and Lifetime Residual Commission

Location: 100% Remote / Field Based

Starting Base Salary: $50,000 + Uncapped Lifetime Residual Commission (OTE 2-3x Base)

Responsibilities

• Submit new merchant deals monthly
• Present Pepper Pay payment processing solutions and manage the full sales cycle
• Own and manage your pipeline
• Meet and exceed set metrics
• Assist onboarding of low and high risk merchants
• Provide feedback to Pepper Pay leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends

Candidate Profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proven sales record
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in Payment Processing / Merchant Services
• Experience selling Merchant Services
• Experience with Point of Sale Software and Systems (preferred)
